Welcome to the Friends of the trails in New Garden Township. As part of the adopted Township's Greenways and Trail Plan a group of over 150 volunteers, known as "Friends of the New Garden Trails", completed the Laurel Woods Trail the Mill Race Trail, the Landenberg Junction Trail and the Airport Trail. Use this website to explore the ongoing building of public trails throughout New Garden Township.

Mission Statement
Friends of the New Garden Trails, a committee of the White Clay Watershed Association (a 501(c)3), is a volunteer organization dedicated to the creation, preservation and protection of public trails in New Garden Township. We volunteer our time and talents to develop, improve and maintain trails and to conduct relevant educational programs.

Support
Thanks to the volunteers and groups who have helped make the trails possible. In particular, the Friends of the Trails would like to acknowledge:

– Dave Rickerman of Rickerman Tree Service for donated time and service, equipment and materials for the construction of the trails.
